Our Story
NSDL Limited was founded in Hong Kong over a decade ago by a team with deep roots in both Asian manufacturing and Western e-commerce. We saw a persistent gap in the market: dropshippers in Europe and the United States needed a fulfilment partner who understood their compliance requirements, their customers' expectations, and the speed at which modern e-commerce moves.
We built NSDL to close that gap. Our facility at Maxgrand Plaza in San Po Kong, Kowloon, sits at the heart of Hong Kong's logistics corridor — with direct access to the carrier networks that serve EU and USA routes daily.
Today we process hundreds of thousands of orders each year for clients across the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the United States. Every order is handled with the same precision we applied to our first shipment.

Our Kwai Chung facility is purpose-built for high-throughput e-commerce fulfilment. Temperature-controlled storage zones, a dedicated QC inspection area, a custom packaging station, and a real-time inventory management system ensure every order leaves correctly and on time.

Registered under the Hong Kong Business Registration Ordinance. Full corporate documentation available on request.
EU Import Compliance
All EU-bound shipments include EORI-compliant documentation, correct HS codes, and commercial invoices meeting EU customs requirements.
USA Customs Readiness
US-bound shipments are prepared with CBP-compliant documentation. We handle Section 321 de minimis eligibility assessment for qualifying orders.
Carrier Partnerships
Established accounts with DHL Express, FedEx, PostNL, and Royal Mail — with negotiated rates passed through to clients at volume.
Data Protection
Customer and end-consumer data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements for EU-facing operations.
